And the construction process does not require any major changes. If they desire, clients can keep the expensive cubicle and workstation furniture they have invested in and simply enclose it for visual privacy with QUBIGLASS® solutions that can open and close on demand. Locking handles and ADA options are also available. QUBIGLASS® can be designed at a lower height than the ceiling to eliminate the need to move HVAC or sprinkler systems. This also allows you to save energy by sharing lighting, heating and AC.

QUBIGLASS® also allows conference rooms to be enclosed completely without corner posts at the intersection, allowing the entire space to be opened up for larger meetings, and easily closed off for privacy in seconds. And we offer flex angle solutions for the ability to install within non-90-degree angles. Additionally, they allow people to stay away from those who aren’t feeling well in doctor offices, emergency rooms, and more. With Wellness Glass Walls, you can choose between sliders, swing doors, and fixed glass panels with touchless entry. Made from glass and aluminum, they are eco-friendly, easy to disinfect after each use, and can be repurposed easily. ADA-compliant walls and doors are available as well, allowing everyone to stay safe.

The position of our wheels is an industry secret crucial to sustainability, safety, and ease of use over time. Only The Sliding Door Company provides sliding glass room dividers, office enclosures, closet doors and other interior glass door solutions with a wheel mechanism in the vertical frame, whereas others put their wheels in a horizontal frame at the bottom. It is deliberate on the part of our engineering team to design our systems in this unique manner, in order to provide extra structure and support to the entire system. In contrast to horizontal frames, which are restricted in height due to the frame size (usually 1.5″), vertical frames can accept larger, more sturdy wheels. Due to the fact that the systems are not top-hung, and the wheels are fully loaded with the solution’s weight, this matters. After installation, field personnel can adjust the system for uneven floors and walls by moving the wheels in the vertical frame. For that reason, the flexibility of this system is praised by installers in the field. In addition to providing significant strength, structure, and safety, the wheel location, together with the lock-to-track mechanism, secures the sliding door to the bottom track, so it is guaranteed to never leave the track.
